Quick Overview

m-tec M300 Mixer Pump - Available for Sale and Hire (with operator if required)

With its revolutionary technology, the M300 marks the start of a new generation of mixing pumps. The “trick” with this new technology is our latest patented mixing principle, which allows the material to be blended perfectly and also ensures permanent consistency of the material. This means that the pump does not have to perform any additional mixing tasks and can concentrate on its core function - pumping.

In addition to application, the M300 also shows its uniqueness through its cleaning and maintenance characteristics. The use of Polyurethane (PU) components in the mixing chamber, for example, reduces the effort required for cleaning. In addition, these modern materials increase service life and eliminate any chance of corrosion.

The clear layout of the controls and the conscious avoidance of superfluous switches make for very easy operation for the user. The large wheels mean that the mixer can be transported with ease at all times. The M300 can also be moved about the building site with ease using a crane. If there is no crane available, the M300 can be dismantled into five easy to manage components in just a few simple steps.

In the M300+ version, the integrated error code display and the automatic phase polarity detection will increase user-friendliness. In addition, it is also possible to use an optional frequency inverter in order to achieve a continuously variable output as required.

As is typical of all m-tec systems, the M300 has easy and quick to use tensioning wedges, enabling important elements such as the worm pump or dosing motor to be replaced in just a few seconds.

M300 – added benefits

EasyClean
The use of PU components makes cleaning easier and means less caking than with similar metal components. The result: quick, residue-free cleaning.

EasyWork
Our intelligent machine technology allows you to work without interruption and without thick/thin variations. The separation of dry and wet areas enables a permanent constant ratio of dry material to water to be achieved.

EasyMix
Our patented mixing system enables an extremely good mixing quality. In conjunction with the large mixing volume, the system guarantees the best possible mortar products.

EasyUse
Together with a clear layout of controls, ease of breaking down into 5 sub-assemblies, fitting of crane lugs and large wheels  all make the M300 easy to use and to handle.

EasyLife
A combination of PU components and our patented mixing system dramatically increases the service life of the pump in comparison with other systems.

M300 – facts

  • Floor screeds
  • Cementitious levelling compounds
  • Cementitious Grouts and flowing Mortar.

Our patented mixing principle:
The M300 can be used with all standard dry mortar products up to a grain size of 3 mm. The technical highlight of the M300 is the way material and water come together in the mixing area: the water is no longer sprayed onto the material as in the past, but instead the material is dosed according to our latest patented mixing principle – it is soaked in water and mixed. The result: the materials are mixed even more efficiently and the components take full effect. This all guarantees the top-class application of the materials.
