m-tec P15 Pump - Available for Sale

The m-tec P15 is an easy-to-handle pump for processing soft materials or pumpable products with a granularity of up to 5 mm. As an option, pump P15 can be fed with silo product by means of an extruder or with a filling hopper.



 

Pump P15 is available either purely as a 400V version or as a combined 230V/400V version. In both versions the standard frequency converter (FU) provides a powerful drive. In addition, this also enables output to be regulated continuously, so that it can be adjusted to the various products. Naturally the P15 has connections for operation with a compressor and for fully automatic feeding by means of a mixer.

The clear and transparent layout of the controls and switches enable easy operation. Pump P15 has a twist-in/ twist-out device for the worm pumps used. This speeds up the changing of stators or rotors on the building site. The non-rusting stainless steel material container can be cleaned quickly and has a long service life.

The compact dimensions and lightweight design ensure problem-free transport on the building site. The large wheels ensure convenient transport at all times. As is typical for m-tec, the P15 pump has very simple and quick-action locking systems that enable important elements, such as the worm pump or motor, to be replaced in just a few seconds.
