Hire Equipment
The majority of equipment we offer for hire is self-operated but we can, if required offer a technician at our works or to your site to train operatives in the safe operation of our equipment. Please contact us for details.
It is our intention that all of our hire equipment will have their operating instructions availiable to download from the useful documents section of the machine information page. If you require operating instructions that are not availiable to download the please send an email request to sales@markhampumps.co.uk. We can also offer machine operation training here at our workshop free of charge or at your site at an additional charge.
Delivery & Collection
We also offer a delivery and collection service throughout the UK, be it by our fleet of delivery vehicles, pallet line or overnight courier, we will try to ensure that you get what you want, when you want it.
Service & Inspection
All our equipment is fully serviced prior to going on hire by our team of technicians and inspection certificates are recorded and kept on file. These certificates can be supplied upon request.
Non-Credit Customers
All non-credit account customers will have to pay a deposit equal to 3 weeks hire including delivery / collection charges and VAT. We will confirm the total payment require once you have placed your order.
Sales of Machines, Accessories and Spare Parts
All new machines sold by Markham (Sheffield) Ltd will have a warranty set by the manufacturer. Please contact us with the machine description / part number and we will confirm what type and length of warranty is available.
Please Note
That wear items such as hose, nozzles, liners, gaskets and friction plates are not generally covered by warranty.
It is our intention that all of our equipment will have a parts list available to download from the useful documents section of the machine information page.
If you require a parts list that is not available to download the please send an email request to sales@markhampumps.co.uk. We can also offer machine operation training here at our workshop (Marspal House, Lawn Court, Carlton in Lindrick, Worksop, Nottinghamshire, S81 9ED) free of charge or at your site at an additional charge.
Many of our suppliers have equipment that is similar to the other equipment manufacturers on our website. We have tried to hand select the best, most suitable equipment from each manufacturer so that our range of machines is kept to a minimum.
Having said that, we will be happy to supply any of the equipment that our suppliers manufacture. If you cannot find the item you require on our website then please contact us and we will advise on price and delivery time.
Markham (Sheffield) Ltd will try to ensure that you are hiring or purchasing an item that is suitable for its intended use but ultimately we cannot be held responsible if the equipment fails to perform to your needs.
