Markham Sheffield Ltd – Full Refurbishment of Client’s 1 Tonne Mixer
We have recently given a client’s 1 tonne mixer a MAJOR overhaul. This mixer is vital to their operations. Firstly it was fully stripped down to evaluate the extent of the refurbishment required. A survey and quotation was then submitted for approval.
The mixer and conveyor system was shot blasted & painted in house, it had a new liner, new paddles, new electrics and an overhaul to the conveyor belt feed system. This list is not exhaustive.
The mixer was delivered back to our client’s site and commissioned to which they commented on how impressed they were with the refurbishment at a fraction of the cost of a new machine.
